No, you can checkout as guest without requiring any account.

We charge $5 for first book and additional $2 per book that are sent locally via SingPost registered article.

For outside Singapore, $18 for first book and additional $10 per book to countries that are reachable by SingPost.

Once you placed a confirmed order, we prepare the book within 1-2 days (the book may be transported from any of our kiosk). Then, we use SingPost registered article with tracking number to send it to you.

It depends. We will generally refund only if there are error or discrepancies with the item purchased and item we sent. For example you bought book titled ABC, but instead we sent you book titled XYZ.

We do not store your credit card information. We use third party service Paypal to process electronic payment.

Yes, you can pay by cash when collecting online purchased item(s) at Dignity Mama Stall Khoo Teck Puat Hospital only.

There is no self collection at National University Hospital at the moment.

Generally, we only have one copy up for sale both online and offline. Each item is also sold in first-come, first-serve basis, which means if we have been notified by email that someone has paid for a certain book online, we cannot sell it again offline.
